how to make apple wallet cells (is it a tableview?) in swift

-2

I'm looking to create a view in my app which has cards stacked on top of each other and which will also users to select a card to swipe away or to make larger. The screen will look similar to the apple wallet layout (see image below) but I'm not sure how this is done.

I'm aiming to complete this task programatically only (no storyboards), in swift

I am a novice with swift, and believe some sort of tableview or collection view is behind this layout but I'm not 100% sure, so any advice would be appreciated.
