How to give download a user friendly name using a blob

-1

I am building an application where users can store documents and download them.
The download part works but the name of the download is not very user friendly, is there a way to offer the download with a more readable name?

My download function looks like this:

public downloadDocument(): void {
this.downloadService.downloadDocument(this.document.id).subscribe((download: DownloadDocument) => {
this.convertDownload(download);
});
}

private convertDownload(download: DownloadDocument) {
const blob = this.b64toBlob(download);
const url = window.URL.createObjectURL(blob);
window.top.location.herf = url;
}

When saving the file to disk the name of the file is something like faRPGA8O.docx.
Can this somehow be changed?
