MYSQL not working with visual studion 2017

What I have done so far:
- Installed MySql for visual studio 2.0.5
- Installed MySql-connector-net-6.8.8
The problem is still there.
The above-mentioned error occurred when I try to establish a new data connection and select MySql in it as shown in the picture below:

do you have also installed all single components for MySql?

Will you please elaborate? I am using wamp server, and my database was showing in visual studio 2015.

at the visual studio installer you can select single components. By default some of the sql packages are not installed. You have to install them manually. Unfortunatly I never used wamp server. I just know that this is a common incidence.
