Visual Studio 2017, Webbroswer wont load js scripts

-2

I have seen alot of topics on here about this, but i didnt feel i found a real answer/solution yet.
i have visual studio 2017, but when i open a url which contains javascripts, like jquery. i get a error message and the script doesnt get loaded. but i dont know how to fix it from IE 7 to IE 10, also this would only affect my computer right?
Because i want this program to work for everyone, is it possible to fix it so it works for everyone running the program?

Additional info:
In visual studio 2017, you find the webbrowser in the toolbox, and i used
"webBrowser1.Url = new System.Uri("website", System.UriKind.Absolute);" to set the adresse of which page it sud open. but this page contains javascript, which gives me error, and it wont load them. however PHP scripts works fine, its only javascripts.

Thank you so much for taking your time reading this, hopefully you might be able to help^^

Regards
Jostein B
