Facebook Messenger customer chat plugin is not working

We have tried to integrate Facebook Customer Plugin to one of our websites. We followed the instructions in the developer documentation, but it‘s not working. At first we get this notifacation with provided url and when you click on it says that „The provided app ID does not look like a valid app ID“.

You are embedding the exact same script source twice here. The general JS SDK is a different one.

Do not embed the standard SDK at all, use the Customer Chat version only. developers.facebook.com/docs/messenger-platform/discovery/…: “https://connect.facebook.net/en_US/sdk/xfbml.customerchat.jsrequests a version of the Facebook Javascript SDK that includes the Customer Chat SDK. With this URL, you will still be able to access all of the Facebook Javascript SDK plus all features of the Customer Chat SDK.”

As we understand the problem is with the Facebook app ID, for some reason it doesn't work for us. Maybe there are other possible solutions? Thanks again:)
