How to get region code or relevance language per each video [on hold]

I would like to get videos only in french so I tried to code relevanceLanguage FR and regionCode FR but the API simply doesn't care about it.
No error message but the videos returned are in dutch, viet, spanish, sometimes in french and mostly in english.
I also tried the location=46.752274 +2.415093 center of France and the locationRadius=500km but the results are the same.
