Dialogflow webhook fulfillment doesn't translate my toLocaleDateString to nl-NL
I'm currently working on a Dialogflow application for the Google Home. It needs to be able to schedule an appointment in a Google Calendar and return a spoken confirmation of said appointment.
Right now everything is working, but I have the problem that my application is in Dutch but it returns the confirmation using an English date fomat

Below you can find the code I'm using. I'm not experienced in JavaScript so I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
