How can I convert a DXF file to PDF? [closed]

-1

I have a web server (PHP and Linux) that serves some dynamically-generated DXF files. This part is working well. However, many users don't have the software installed to read DXF files. I've been tasked with finding a way to also serve these files as PDF.

I need a way to automatically convert layouts from DXF files into PDF format.

I've tried a couple online tools and converters, but they always convert the entire DXF geometry into PDF. I need a tool that converts individual layouts into PDF.

Is there any library or tool that does this? Or do I need to script a full CAD program to do it?
