Likert Scale into a database [on hold]
For part of my dissertation I've created a website with 3 different surveys all of which uses a likert scales on all 10 of the questions and now I have to try and put the outcome of those into a database, i'm not the best at databases and could use some help on the best way to do this.
Whats the best way to get the data out of the surveys and put into a database? Would i have to create 3 different tables each of which have multiple rows and columns or is there an easier way?

How far are you? Did you already make something that gathers the survey results or is that where you are stuck? Did you already purchase a web site (host)? (each would narrow your choices and possible solutions)
