How to stub Class variable with sinon

1

I need to mock mobx observable variable called data from class DataClass in order to do a testing with it. My Class:

class DataClass {
@observable data;

constructor() {
this.data = ;
onBecomeObserved(this, 'data', this.getData);
}

@action.bound
getData() {
requester.getData().then(data => {
this.data = data;
})
}

@computed
get getDataForTest() {
if (this.data.length && this.data.length > 0) {
return [1, 2, 3];
}

return ;
}
}

And my test:

describe('DataClass', () => {
let getDataStub;

beforeEach(() => {
getDataStub = sinon.createStubInstance(DataClass, {
data: sinon.stub().returnsThis([1, 2, 3]), // I need to mock data here
});
});

afterEach(() => {
getDataStub.reset();
});

it('should get proper data', () => {
// Arrange

// Act
const result = DataClass.getDataForTest;

// Assert
console.log(result); //
expect(result).toEqual(expect.arrayContaining([1, 2, 3]));
});
});

How can I mock that variable and is this the proper approach in order to make test works? I have tried a lot of different implementations but didn't succeed to mock it.
