html table wrong printing with jstl tags

I'm making a online cinema booking system, and on the page i should see a table of seats. if seat is booked it has to be red color, so the table of seats i make with
'c:forEach' loop and in ${listTickets} i have 4 booked tickets(7, 12, 14, 19), so that 'tk.seat' is booked, i want it output correctly 20 seats and 4 of them should be red color, but the problem i think in foreach loops, it outputs 4 times and i have this...
has anyone ideas why is it so?
