fswebcam have not same elapsed time for capturing frame in same parameter
I used fswebcam in my python project by this code:
os.system("fswebcam -d /dev/video1 --no-banner -r " + str(_pictureW) + "x" + str(_pictureH) + " --set Brightness=" + str(_brightness) + " --set Contrast=" + str(_contrast) + " --set Sharpness=" + str(_Sharpness) + " --jpeg=" + str(_PictureQuality) + " --flip v --save /home/pi/1.jpg")
but i have a little problem. when the command run and fswebcam show this text in terminal: "--- Capturing frame..." the elapsed time of capturing frame is not same in same parameter. for example the elapsed time is 7 second and for another try is 27 second.
please help me. thanks.
