Advantages and disadvantages of byte stream “ArrayStream” and byte stream “BufferedStream”
I'm studying byte stream and I just noticed that ByteArrayStream seems similar to BufferedStream, I can read/write data by using ByteArrayStream alone or wrap it in BufferedStream. I know that BufferedStream has a memory buffer and it improves performance. Now, my question is what are the advantages and disadvantages of ByteArrayStream and BufferedStream? Is there a situation where a ByteArrayStream has more advantage than BufferedStream? or ByteArrayStream is meant to be wrapped in BufferedStream?

They do entirely different things: one buffers another stream which is useful if that stream does expensive calls to the operating system, and the other does io in and out of memory itself. They are not interchangeable. And there is zero benefits to buffering a bye array stream.
