How do I get the js command to work when I zoom in? [Andorid webview]

If zoom is performed in the application, I want the following js command to run.
$("nav.navbar-default").hide();
And if the zoom is reset, I want the following js command to run.
$("nav.navbar-default").show();
How can i ?
