unable to open web service tester page
I wrote this code to test soap and see how its work but there is something wrong i don't know what is it, when i click on webservice then test web service it give me this message:
unable to open web service tester page, make sure the service has been deployed...
I used tomcat server and when i wrote restful its work with out any problem, but when i wrote soap its not work. Any help please??
this is my class
